Shipping & Delivery

Same-day delivery in Doha: Order by 3:00 PM (Doha time) for same-day delivery. We now ship selected gifts to the UAE — prices are shown in AED when UAE is selected.

Delivery areas

  • Doha, Qatar — citywide delivery for flowers, gifts and event services.
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) — selected non-perishable gifts and gift sets. For fresh flowers in the UAE we fulfil via local partner florists (see note below).

Doha — same-day & delivery windows

Same-day when ordered before 3:00 PM. Time slots: Morning (09:00–12:00) • Afternoon (12:00–16:00) • Evening (16:00–20:00).

UAE — delivery timing & options

UAE orders are shipped from our UAE partner or by courier depending on item type:

  • Standard (UAE mainland): 2–4 business days (depending on destination emirate and customs).
  • Express (Dubai & Abu Dhabi selected zones): 1–2 business days (extra fee applies; limited availability).

Pricing (example rates in AED) — edit to your finalized fees

  • Doha — Standard: QAR 20 (free over QAR 200)
  • Doha — Express/Guaranteed slot: QAR 40
  • UAE — Standard shipping: AED 40
  • UAE — Express shipping (limited): AED 120
  • UAE — Customs/Duties: Buyer is responsible for any local customs or import charges that may apply for non-local goods.

Fresh flowers across borders — important note

Because flowers are perishable and subject to customs & phytosanitary rules, AMARA does not export fresh bouquets internationally from Qatar. For deliveries inside the UAE we partner with trusted local florists to recreate our arrangements on the ground. This means:

  • The bouquet will be recreated locally to match the product as closely as possible.
  • Some seasonal or imported blooms may differ and substitutions may apply; we will notify you if a substitute is required.
  • For event installs in UAE, we provide a bespoke quote that includes logistics and local partner costs.

Customs, duties & taxes (UAE)

For goods shipped into the UAE, the recipient may be asked to pay duties or VAT depending on the product and value. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified. We recommend choosing our local-partner fulfilment option for fresh items to avoid import delays.

Order cutoffs & changes

Same rules apply for Doha (order before 3:00 PM for same-day). UAE orders must be confirmed early — we recommend ordering at least 3 business days before the required delivery date for standard fulfillment, and 1–2 days for express (where available).

Failed deliveries & returns

Failed delivery attempts in the UAE may incur re-delivery fees or return costs. Refunds for UAE deliveries follow our Returns & Refunds policy and depend on whether the product was fulfilled locally or shipped (see Returns & Refunds page).

Payments & currency

When a customer selects UAE as delivery country, prices will be shown in AED. We recommend enabling multi-currency (Shopify Payments / compatible gateway) so customers can pay in AED. All delivery fees and invoices will reflect the currency selected at checkout.
